I love trying new cocktails and coming up with new ones with whatever I have laying around the house. I'm no expert and don't really understand measurements, but damn can I make a good cocktail. For spring week, I knew I wanted to do something that was bright, fresh and fruity and sweet. I also really wanted this to be easy to make and made with ingredients that you could easily find in the store or probably even have at home. I get it. No one wants to be searching the liquor store for some ingredient they've never heard before only to find to find out that it's $50 and you need 1 oz of it for a recipe.
